Brussels Airport: case image.
The idea

Brussels Airport asked around 100 passengers to take a critical look at their journey from front door to gate. Eye-tracking was part of the research, and frequent flyer Felix De Laet of Lost Frequencies lent his face to the campaign.

The story behind the work

What was the challenge?

Brussels Airport wants to further improve the quality of its passenger services. To do that, it needs to know how passengers experience the whole journey, from their front door to their gate.

What choices did we make?

Brussels Airport put passengers at the centre of the plan. Around 100 of them took a critical look at their own journey. To get a closer view of that journey, the airport used the latest technologies, including eye-tracking. For the campaign face, it chose a passenger who knows the airport well: frequent flyer Felix De Laet of Lost Frequencies.

What did we create?

We worked on the campaign Join our BRU crew, which brought this initiative to the public. Felix De Laet of Lost Frequencies lends his face to it. The campaign runs under the hashtag #jointhebrucrew.
