A clear plan.
A clear budget.
We define the scope together. You know in advance what each phase costs and what it delivers.

Ambition determines the approach.
In the market, brand work ranges from a logo package of a few hundred euros to a full rebrand of tens of thousands. That difference is rarely about who draws better. It is about what lies underneath, how much changes and how long the agency stays involved. One brand or a whole group. One market or several languages. We make it concrete in a first conversation.
The scope of what changes
One office and a website is different from four sites, three hundred packages and multi-layered websites. The thinking is comparable, the roll-out is not.
The number of brands
One brand is a project. A parent brand with subsidiaries and acquired names is an architecture question.
Languages and markets
Every extra language means extra work on name, tone of voice and checks.
The depth of the research
A few internal interviews, or client interviews and market analysis as well. We propose the lighter option when it is enough.
What happens after delivery
Handing over a logo, or months of involvement in roll-out and implementation.
- Fixed prices per phase, no open-ended hourly billing
- After every phase you decide again: you are not locked into the whole project
- Additional work only with written approval
- Third-party production costs (photography, printing, licences) are agreed separately in advance
First conversation
Free. At worst, you get a second opinion and some inspiration.
Brand scan
Two weeks, one working session, one document: where does the problem lie, and is it a brand problem?
Chapoo Advisory
€4,500 excl. VAT. One session with the founders and clear, action-oriented advice within ten working days.
We'd rather say it now than in a quotation meeting.
- Only need a logo for a new business? Then a good freelance designer is the right choice.
- Strong positioning and only graphic execution needed? Then a design studio is more efficient.
- Is the real problem in sales, product or price? Then a rebrand won't solve anything, and we'll tell you so.
